Gratitude & Grace Lactation
Compassionate virtual breastfeeding support to meet you right where you are…
Meredith says:
“There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Krista. She is so much more than a lactation consultant - she is a compassionate, wise, and deeply intuitive provider who truly cares about the mothers and babies she serves.
When I was struggling to nurse my baby, Krista didn’t just focus on the usual challenges. She looked deeper, asking the right questions, considering every possibility. In doing so, she didn’t just help me breastfeed - she discovered my breast cancer. Because of her thoroughness, I was able to get the early diagnosis and treatment I needed.
Krista is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she also provides unwavering support, grace, and encouragement in a season that can feel overwhelming. She listens, she empowers, and she truly changes lives. I will forever be grateful for her. If you are looking for a lactation consultant who goes above and beyond, who sees the whole picture, and who will support you with both expertise and heart - Krista is the one.”

Hi! I’m Krista.
I’m so glad you’re here! It is with humble gratitude that I walk alongside families in their breastfeeding journey. My heart is to extend grace, provide encouragement and support families to feel successful throughout this season of their life.
“Krista was more than a lactation consultant, she became part of our village. I was a nervous wreck being a first time mom, especially in the middle of the formula shortage of 2022. Krista worked with me before I gave birth, was available and eager to help in the early days and weeks postpartum, was my vessel for finding support with other nursing mothers, and still supports us through our journey even 2.5 years later (yes, she was so great that I am still nursing my toddler!) She loves me and my baby like her own. She was always a calming voice and reassuring when I was in panic. She came packed with ideas when I was ready to give up. She encouraged me to always do what felt right to me and my baby, and I never felt pressured to continue my journey or judged for my thoughts and feelings. Krista truly walks with you on your journey and doesn’t try to define the path that’s best for you and your baby. I can’t say enough about the support and encouragement that Krista has been to me and my family and would highly recommend her to anyone.”

“Although Cullen was my second baby, I had not nursed my first. Krista was so helpful in the first few months of nursing and I believe she is the reason I was 100% successful and did not give up. She was able to help us with latching and different positions to help with feedings. We struggled with using a bottle and only wanting the breast and she was able to help us find ways to get Cullen to eat while I was at work. She was very professional, kind and patient with both of us during the process. We saw her a hand full of times during the learning process. She even uploaded helpful brochures to my patient portal and would follow up periodically to make sure we were successful! We are so grateful for her and our success at 16 months of breastfeeding!”

“Krista has been my saving grace the last few months! I had my third baby girl, and although breastfeeding is not necessarily new to me, there have been a few hiccups along the way. She has helped with me with everything from transitioning my baby to a bottle for daycare to clearing up clogged ducts/ mastitis. She has been the best resource. I’m so grateful for her support.”

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about Krista! From the moment I reached out, she was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and patient. She truly took the time to understand my challenges and helped me feel confident in my breastfeeding journey. Her guidance was practical, clear, and delivered with so much compassion. Thank you for all your help!"

“Krista was an invaluable source of knowledge, support, and encouragement in my breastfeeding journey. Her prenatal counseling provided me with a strong foundation and clear understanding of what to expect. I had a relatively uneventful breastfeeding journey, but in those early weeks, even the smallest concerns felt emotional and overwhelming. Krista reminded me to take things one day at a time and trust myself. Her encouragement and reassurance were exactly what I needed to feel empowered rather than discouraged. Krista was able to explain things in a way that made them easy to understand and implement in real life. No question was too small, and her patience and kindness made such a difference in my experience as a new mom. She played a key role in helping me achieve my personal breastfeeding goals.”
